Even if you only use the free relaxation track, this app is worth it. It is ten minutes of de-stressing that you can use anywhere you have your iPhone and headset. This is my first exposure to the isochronic tones, and I like it; I find it less intrusive than binaural tracks often seem to be. I purchased the sleep package, and it means I have a variety to choose from depending on the situation. Regarding price, it would be great if there were even better prices and especially for package deals (and multiple sequential purchases, i.e., descending cost as you gradually add packages to your purchased collections); this would compete better with some of the other recordings/app availability in the App Store. At the same time, if you happen to have been a Holosync user and paid hundreds for one of their levels, and that also takes an hour daily, then this seems a lot more cost effective. (Though perhaps not technically the same entrainment, its similar enough and working well for me presently.) Good job, Brainwaves.

I have downloaded many but the one that really got me was lucid dreaming....it truly works! No question.

On my iPhone it shows a download button on right of play button but on iPad 2 nothing there but pressed an worked so sorry looking forward to using again

I am very upset. I paid over a hundred dollars for meditations from this app and suddenly there was a glitch on this app and my paid data is no longer there. I cant find a number to call. Ridiculous.

I cant say enough positive things about how these programs have helped me change my life! My only mistake is not buying the Super package as I could have saved a fortune! I highly reccd them for anyone struggling with pain, lack of sleep, lack of energy....you name it, Isochronics is where you need to go to help yourself HEAL! Amazing!

Also they was a slight snag on the of the downloads and they had it fixed right away the day day. Very please with this app and service

If you think this is expensive then I feel badly for you. Ive bought countless program on cd and through apps and this is the ONLY one that works every time. I love it! I got the full pack on promotion. Wait for Black Friday or Christmas. I dont regret this buy one bit!!

I dont know how these tones act to affect my brain so powerful, but as soon as the sound start,I felt a chemical reaction that made me to reject and shut this off immediately. It is really powerful and I can get some good results soon as others.

This is by far my favorite app on my phone. Enough to be called an app junkie. I sleep and study to this app almost everyday. I used to have a hard time sleeping, but not anymore. I would pay $13 for this app, maybe more. The best app✨✨✨
