Very helpful, and I have been a fan of brainwave entrainment since I discovered this topic years ago. This app is a favorite of mine. Thank you, I hope it remains affordable, as it is my go to spp for many issues.

Impressive selection of sounds. IT does a great job at helping to understand when certain music should be used. How it will best help the listener. This is has helped me focus for hours when I couldn’t concentrate for even 10 mins! Highly recommend!

I purchased this app with a lot of skepticism, but it really appears to be helping with my sleep! I am sleeping deeper and longer than before. I am looking forward to trying the tracks that help with my focus.

Though I was able to conjure some okay experiences, I would say that this is not as advertised. Binaural beats has a good offer if they could deliver, but I have discovered their claims of providing modulated stereo signals at precise frequencies to be unfounded. I will be looking elsewhere for my good vibes. Also there were a few suggested audio selections that just sucked (my personal opinion). Could be much better.

Very relaxing and Easy to use.

They charged me for one year in February and then again in March for one year. Terrible customer service they will not reply to issues like this. I had not used this app for a week and then a surprise charge for another year subscription. And how?, I in theory should have asked for Face ID or password to make purchase like always. I’ll report them for this and the horrible customer experience. My account got hacked because of this app. No joke!

Update I’ve been using for 5 months every day and I feel the best I have in 40 years. I have energy I have never felt before. All I Gotta say is wow wow wow wow I’ve been in chronic pain for over 40 years with spinal pain body pain every muscle. My body has hurt for 40 years. I have used your app three times various pain frequencies, penal gland frequency nerve spinal pain frequency I can bend over and touch my toes without stretching. I never knew that this is how actual people feel cause I actually feel I think normal body pain debilitating pain. I’ve been through 40 years. I have a interthecal pain comp. I’ve had for 15 years with Dilaudid in it and it had always curved this nerve pain on the spinal cord pain but not the bodyaches. Wow wow glad I found your app. I’ll use it every day.

There is a click every 2 minutes and is very noticeable and very uncomfortable which constantly disrupts my sleep :-(

I love how the app asks questions so you can build a playlist right off the bat that is personalized just for you. Every suggestion is spot on and will be used. Obviously, they’re all very calming, relaxing intriguing.

I usually wake up moody and tired , but i used this the night prior for sleep and it gave me the best sleep ive had in weeks . I also used the focus ones to write some boring stuff for school . Made my brain feel focused and a weird sensation.

I’ve been searching for an app with such variety whilst maintaining great organization of the frequencies, great job on focusing on mental health and wellness. Need more apps like this!

Brainwaves has an excellent collection of binaural sounds! I agree to every piece of work that I go through! I just purchased the subscription, 2 days ago, and I’m hoping to keep it! Thank you for the contribution!

I opted for deep sleep theta waves and while I was listening and relaxing on my bed, I went to sleep immediately. Wow! That was fast because it takes me a while to fall asleep at night, but I figured let me download this app and try it out. It works really good. Oh but there is a subscription for a year it’s $48.99 or for 3 months I believe it’s $12.99, but don’t quote me on the 3 months because my attention was on the yearly payment. Try it out with the 7 day free trial.

To simply put it, my brain is vibing at a high level! The rewiring is life changing.

Just trying to look at it to decide if I want to subscribe and the price went up twice?! Maybe I am just imagining it?

It is not very user friendly even though you pay for it. Took forever to figure out how to build a playlist and they don’t even work. You may have 6-7 things on the playlist and it just keeps playing the same thing over and over again. So you can’t actually build an evening routine to use because you have to keep manually changing the songs. Decent enough to start off sleep as long as you don’t want to change it. Personally, I’m looking for another app to use.

Every beat requires a subscription. Fraud.

I usually don’t write reviews but I love this app so many different frequencies to use and adhere to you specifically is astonishing and it’s well thought out

First of all let’s acknowledge now and going back at least five years, most apps have been trash. Any kind of mental health/personal dev apps have been even worse. But this one is amazing. No glitches. No extraneous screens or buttons. And the content, incredible! You can search by frequency which is HUGE. I am recovering from the three worst years of my life back to back, and this app makes a noticeably significant difference. If you are struggling w anything in life and feel like you can’t figure it out, try this. Make sure you use headphones for the binaural beats for the full benefit.

I find the low tonal rhythm of this piece very pleasant and effective in getting my mental hamster wheel to stop, and to get my heart rate down. I would recommend you check it out.

Getting used to it

I’ve only had this app for a few days, but so far I’m loving it. It’s really calming and relaxing and am going to start listening with headphones.

I chose peaceful relaxation and woke up 1.5 hours later.

They take you through lots of questions and then zap you with the fee. The app says nothing about in app purchases

Had trouble figuring out how to use the playlist at first. One thing it doesn’t have that other apps have is the ability to play the beats in the background while listening to audio from another app. For example I’d like to have a concentration booster running in the background while I listen to an audio book that I need to concentrate on.

I used the free version because I was skeptical at the least…6 hrs later at 0400 not only was I ready to get up, I felt rested and sheet actually forgot to drink coffee. I bought it the next night and never looked back Just try it with an open mind on your phone to a speaker
